| Some ingredients for the Fava Bean Pesto Soup |
As I am prepping for the soup swap I wanted to share some 'behind the scenes' pictures of the prep work. I finally decided on a soup (no less than this morning) with a Fava Bean Pesto Soup with Pesto Croutons Wrapped in Prosciutto. Having never worked with fava beans before I am really excited to test out this combination in a soup as well as make my own pesto.
